A passionate interdisciplinary researcher in the field of urban complex system, I am specialized in the interconnection between Spatial Data Science, Computational Social Science, and Social Network Analysis. I completed my PhD with a dissertation entitled ''Structure and Dynamics of Mobility Segregation and Spatial Diversity in Cities" at Department of Network and Data Science, Central European University (CEU).
In the recent years, spatiotemporal modelling and simulation of urban dynamics captures my interest. I currently conduct scientific works at the University of Amsterdam-based Computational Science Lab (Informatics Institute) and Institute for Advance Study with focus on designing quantitative measurements and building computational models of artificial societies. It spans from the structure and dynamics of multidimensional segregation (e.g.: school and residential segregation) to the interplay between polarization and segregation.
In my leisure time, I enjoy opera, orchestra, and jazz. C'est la vie, it takes two to tango: science and répertoire.
